Skanska’s IT team delivers a range of projects
every year, including server upgrades, new site fit outs, data warehousing and
works order management systems.
The growth of its
Project Management Office (PMO) had led the business to procure a complete PPM
tool. Previously, it used a variety of spreadsheets with different macros for
project planning, reporting and management.
