Earned Value Management (EVM) is a powerful project management technique that can measure each project success by comparing Planned Value, Earned Value and Actual costs.

In this webinar, we look at how EVM can be used in the Antura Projects complete Project-, Portfolio-, and Resource Management (PPM) Tool, demonstrating the flexibility of the tool when using different methods and techniques. As always, we will share best practices from our experiences of providing our PPM Tool for now over twenty years to users across the world.

    Björn Isaksson - Project Manager & Business Consultant Based in our Stockholm office, Björn has been with the Antura Group for seven years and has had prior experience working with other planning tools as a consultant. Having studied Business and Administration, Björn began his career at Siemens Energy working with project financials before moving into project management. Björn is Antura’s Earned Value Management (EVM) expert, having spent considerable hours working with customers using that framework to support them in getting the most benefits from using the EVM functionality in the Antura Projects PPM Tool.
