Antura one of Sweden’s Best Workplaces 2016

Antura is one of Sweden’s Best Workplaces 2016 according to the Great Place to Work annual rankings. Deciding factors were Antura’s strong corporate culture, which is characterized by good camaraderie, community, and a great sense of pride in the brand and product.

More than 500 guests from 55 organizations gathered at Cirkus arena in Stockholm on March 16 for the award ceremony. Based on a ranking founded two-thirds on the Trust Index employee survey, which asks all employees to assess their workplace, and one-third on the organization’s strategic efforts in workplace culture, Antura was voted Sweden’s 12th Best Workplace in the small organization category with 20-49 employees.

–For the first time we welcome Antura as one of Sweden’s Best Workplaces! Antura’s characteristics include a very strong team spirit, and they make sure to celebrate successes together, says Maria Grudén, CEO of Great Place to Work Sweden.

Antura received the award for its strong corporate culture, the main hallmarks of which are good camaraderie, community, and a great sense of pride in the brand and product. These are the precise values that characterize a good workplace, according to Great Place to Work.

–After taking part in Great Place to Work’s survey for the first time, we’re now tremendously proud to be one of Sweden’s Best Workplaces 2016. The fact that the ranking is based on the employees’ own perception of how the workplace functions makes it a genuine seal of quality, one which shows that we’re on the right track with our workplace culture, says Mattias Andersson, CEO and founder of Antura.

Satisfied employees fundamental to success

The results of the employee survey show a desire to stay with the company long-term and a very strong sense of community in the group. The survey also revealed that 92% of the employees regard Antura as a very good workplace overall. In addition, the results indicate improvement areas, something Antura is focusing on in order to develop the workplace in line with employees’ wishes and suggestions.

An important part of this is activities that make a contribution to society; every year a sum of money is donated to three charitable organizations, chosen by Antura’s personnel based on their own preferences. A process of competence development and recruitment is also under way, the aim being to promote the further development of employees and the product. Moreover, Antura offers its personnel a generous health and fitness allowance, thus contributing to positive health effects and greater enjoyment in the workplace.

–Antura is a company with high ambitions and satisfied, dedicated employees are fundamental to sustainable long-term success. We’re now striving to develop, and to make use of the feedback we’ve received so we can make the workplace even better, says Mattias Andersson.
