UK Department of Health and Social Care’s Community Health Partnerships selects Antura Projects as its new PPM Tool

Community Health Partnerships (CHP) requested a system that would replace multiple spreadsheets and handle its fast growing project portfolio across variations and new builds. After a competitive tendering process, Antura Projects was chosen.

Community Health Partnerships (CHP)  has selected Antura Projects as its new project, portfolio and resource management (PPM) tool, following a competitive tendering process.

Wholly owned by the Department of Health and Social Care, CHP has a strong track record of adding value to the NHS, offering a unique blend of investment, property management and strategic estate planning expertise. As head tenant for the £2.5bn NHS Local Improvement Finance Trust (LIFT) estate, CHP is responsible for the overall management of 305 primary and community healthcare buildings across England.

In 2017, CHP made the decision to move away from multiple spreadsheets into one PPM tool to handle its fast growing project portfolio across variations and new builds. Key to its selection of Antura Projects was that the tool provided all of the portfolio management tools CHP required within a single package as a stand alone platform.

Community Health Partnerships (CHP) provides high quality and valued services to commissioners and local partners across England with the aim of delivering savings, increasing service integration and driving optimal use of the primary and community health estate.

Founded in 2001, CHP is headquartered in London and is wholly owned by the Department of Health and Social Care.
