As a global
market leader in indoor climate and fire safety solutions, FläktGroup focuses
strongly on developing new, energy-efficient ventilation solutions. In addition
to product development, it runs a wide range of projects, both related to
software and in collaboration with customers. Having a need for a better
overview and more opportunities to analyze and monitor the project portfolio,
FläktGroup was looking for a corporation-wide PPM system. The development
department was particularly looking for a new level of system support, as it
often must deal with resource clashes between different projects.
Following a
comparative evaluation involving several suppliers of PPM systems, FläktGroup
finally settled on Antura and Antura Projects, which offered the best
functionality and user-friendliness, along with attractive pricing. The new PPM
system will be implemented in full scale during 2019, the initial features
being portfolio management, document management and time reporting. Svein
Lister, Digital Development Director at FläktGroup, can see great potential in
