Eskilstuna Municipality Chooses Antura Projects

Eskilstuna Municipality requested a system that would support all projects as well as project managers in the organization. After a procurement process, Antura Projects was chosen.

In order to further strengthen the quality of ongoing projects within the municipality, Eskilstuna Municipality was looking for support in the form of a project portfolio management tool. In 2015, the municipality thus began a procurement process whereby one important criterion concerned integration with the current project model, XLPM, and another concerned user-friendliness. Ultimately, Antura Projects – Antura’s complete solution for project, portfolio and resource management – was chosen.

–Antura Projects proved to be a tool that definitely fulfilled the demands placed on it. Now we are looking forward to getting started working with Antura Projects in our organization, says Lena Lundberg, Head of administration at Eskilstuna Municipality’s secretariat as well as sponsor of the implementation project.

The implementation will initially begin in the municipality’s administration departments such as the municipality’s secretariat as well as in consulting, but more administration departments will gradually start using Antura Projects as well.
