Unipension boosts project operations with Antura Projects

Unipension, one of Denmark’s leading pension consulting companies, has chosen to boost its project operations with support from Antura Projects, Antura’s complete solution for project, portfolio and resource management.

Unipension manages approximately DKK 120 billion in pension contributions from roughly 120,000 members each year. In spring 2015, Unipension initiated a comprehensive project with the purpose to improve the member service and to share knowledge with regard to pension-related matters among its members. A majority of employees are involved in the project, which is why the organization identified a need for a structured project portfolio management tool that aggregates management, reporting and resource management in one place.

By using Antura Projects, Unipension can optimize their projects and continue to offer best service to members. Unipension strive to get more people interested in pension-related matters. It is an important subject both for individuals and society as a whole, says Anders Haglund, Manager of International Markets at Antura.

Jesper Hvarness Kjeldgaard, Project Portfolio Manager at Unipension and Michael Bloch, Partner at Lighthouse Consulting, will talk about how the organization works with and benefits from Antura Projects in the upcomingProjekt:værktøjsdagenin Copenhagen.
